Tell us a bit about
yourself.
I’m a writer out of Atlanta. I not only write books but I
also write songs. I have a very creative mind and have been writing and
publishing for over 10 years.
What
is one of your favorite positive sayings or quotes?
“My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to
thrive and do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some
style.” - Maya Angelou
Who or What inspired you
to start writing this book?
I’ve been writing since highschool. I started writing
songs and moved into novels during my third year of college. What inspired me
to take it seriously was a phone conversation with my neighbor. She is a writer
and was so excited over a book that she had written during the time and that
excitement fueled me to take my writing seriously. So I did and I published my
first book.
What three words would you use to describe this book?
Three words I would use to describe my book are:
conversational, engaging and insightful.
Who is your target group for this book?
My target audiences are those who are in relationships with
single people. Basically loving someone who doesn’t love you back. Teaching
them how to recognize real love and understand their worth so they can move on
and find what God has in store for them.
Tell us about this book.
The Ex-Factor:
Getting Over the B.S. is about moving on after that one individual who you
thought might be the adoration of your life chooses to proceed onward. You know
"Getting Over the B.S. they may have put you through; Loving yourself,
needing to be joyful and proceeding onward. People don't understand that the
main way you can adore another person is by figuring out how to cherish
yourself. Finding love and peace inside you. Establishing a closer association
with God and permitting him to send the right mate into your life. Your choices
may not dependably be correct. Indeed, it could be demonstrated by thinking
over on your past relationship history. Your focus may be on what sort
automobile he or she may drive, where they live, physical characteristics and
their "swag". Why continue obstructing your Soul Mate for a Play
Mate?
Do you have a favorite chapter from this book?
The entire book is
my favorite and worth reading.
What makes your book stand out from the crowd?
My book is different
from the typical because it’s not cookie cut. It’s more of a raw and uncut type
read. I don’t hold anything back and throughout the entire read, I am “telling
it like it is”.
